Q: Can you introduce yourself and share your role at N+P?
"I’m the Coordinator of the Commercial Support team. I joined N+P after my studies, about thirteen years ago, starting in administration. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into my current role."
Q: What does the Commercial Support team do?
"The Commercial Support team makes sure that agreements with both new and existing customers are properly arranged. We act as a link between different departments, like finance, logistics, and permits. There’s a lot involved in getting waste — or non-recyclable waste — from A to B."

"Every department plays an important part in reaching the final result. You really need each other to make it work."
Q: What attracted you to the waste industry?
"I just found it really interesting. What actually happens to waste? How is it sorted? And how does it turn into a new product that can be used in a different way?"
