Paper Sludge
Paper sludge is a valuable resource for many industries, both as an alternative fuel as well as an alternative raw material.
In the last three decades, N+P have specialized in the production and supply of both alternative raw materials as alternative fuels for industrial processes. Our products are waste derived, meaning that we produce them out of non recyclable waste materials. These non-recyclable materials are by-products of production processes, or the waste which is left over after a sorting process.

Karel Jenissen has 30+ years of experience within the waste industry and has seen many industries shifting towards alternative fuels. In this trend report, he reflects on the way waste companies turn into energy companies that deliver high-quality energy sources that can replace costly fossil fuels and reduce CO2 emissions.
Our product portfolio consists of various waste derived materials which are both used as alternative fuels as raw materials. Many of which are already being used for more then two decades in various industrial scale processes.
In many cases, the materials are tailored to a bespoke product for a specific process.
N+P's PAF is a unique powder-type fuel, which can be used in existing (multi-) burner systems to substitute up to 100% fossil fuels
N+P's proprietary Subcoal® pellets are a high quality alternative fuel, suitable for various applications and industries, incl. grinding with coal or in dedicated milling equipment
SRF can substitute at least 70% of the primary fuels, used in a kiln or boiler.
Fuel that is produced from a combination of non-recyclable commercial and industrial waste
TDF replaces fossil fuels, such as lignite and bituminous coal.
Alternative fuel in waste to energy boilers, but it can also be treated further to be upgrade to an alternative fuel such as SRF.
