The referral program is part of the recruitment process where you, as a N+P colleague, can recommend a qualified candidate from your personal network for a vacancy in our company in exchange for a very attractive financial reward.

When the recommended candidate completes their probation period, you will receive a gross referral bonus of €/£ 2000
at the next available payroll cycle.

Referral bonuses are paid in the country where the referent is located and applicable currency (€ or £) is used.

Rules of engagement

This policy is valid for all N+P Group colleagues who recommend suitable candidates.

There are a few exceptions to this rule:

  • As a standard, Board and Exco members, HR staff and recruiters
    (as recruitment is part of their normal job) are not eligible for this referral program.
  • For a specific position, hiring manager of the open position (and their next level managers) are not eligible for this referral program.

This policy is applicable for referral to be made in connection to all open positions that are permanent positions. For temporary positions we will not accept referrals.

This is part of the recruitment process where an N+P colleague recommends a qualified candidate from his/her personal network for a vacancy in the company. It is one of the most effective sources of recruitment and this will help us to timely meet the recruiting requirements for N+P.

The advantages of the colleague Referral Program:

  • Increased speed of time-to-hire (by extending our recruitment channels)
  • Boost company culture
  • Enhance employer brand image
  • Cost effective way to hire the right people for the right job
  • The new referred/recommended colleague should be eligible to legally work in the country where the open position is located and should meet the company & job requirements.
  • Each referred/recommended colleague can only have one referent.
  • The referent will be confirmed by the referred/recommended colleague and HR. The HR team will officially confirm to the referent. In case two or more referents recommend by the same N+P colleague, the confirmation by HR will serve as evidence who is the actual referent.
  • The referred/recommended colleague can be introduced to the company only once, if the colleague worked at the company before, this policy is not applicable.
  • The referral bonus is not applicable for trainees/internships, contractors and independent workers (third party).
  • The referred/recommended colleague has to successfully complete their probation period with N+P (directly employed by N+P), which also includes passing all related assessments successfully.
  • In case the referred/recommended colleague is hired by N+P on a permanent contract, the referent will be notified by HR.
  • The recommending colleague (referent) still needs to be employed, not have resigned or had their employment terminated by N+P at the moment of payment of the referral bonus.
  • In case of any unclarity or interpretation of this policy the CHRO will decide.
  • In the UK payment is made for the referral once the probation period is completed.
  • For Europe the bonus payment is available after 3 months working with N+P.
  • Payment will be made in line with the timeframes of our normal N+P payroll process.

How to send in your candidate

  • Check the rules of engagement.

  • Contact the person you want to recommend/refer and check whether they are open to being referred for an open role within N+P Group.

  • Is the new recommended person eligible to legally work in the country where the open position is?

  • Doest this person have the needed skills?

1. Fill in the needed information via the form

2. Ask the candidate to send his/her resume to careers@npgroup.com, mentioning the vacancy for which they are applying, or upload their resume directly via the form.
