About the job

As a Commercial Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing relationships with key Waste-to-Energy clients. You ensure client needs are met while driving revenue growth and supporting overall commercial objectives.

A key focus of the role is managing supply chain partnerships that are critical to delivering the required quality and volume standards to customers. You combine strategic account management with business development, stakeholder management, and commercial growth initiatives.

In specific, your tasks will be the following:

  • Developing and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders
  • Managing suppliers and subcontractors within the supply chain
  • Negotiating contracts, renewals, and commercial agreements
  • Monitoring commercial performance and achieving agreed sales volumes and margins
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and new business development
  • Developing and implementing commercial and strategic plans
  • Leading proposals, tenders, and client presentations
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through analysis and business cases
